All WACO 7th -12th grade student athletes are required, per Iowa State code to keep an Athletic Physical and Concussion form on file with the District.

The following Extra Curricular Activities are included:

* Cheerleading * Dance * Football * Volleyball * Cross Country * Wrestling * Basketball * Track * Baseball * Softball *

Sports Physicals are valid for one calendar year from the date of the last physical. Student athletes cannot participate in practice(s) and/or game(s) if the Physical and Concussion documents are expired.
