Hello! My name is Amy Pullis and I am very excited to be at WACO CSD! I have quite a few years of experience in school counseling and look forward to working with high school students for the first time in my career. I graduated from Iowa State in 1988 with a BA in English. I finished my MA in Counseling from the University of Iowa in 1994. I started at the Mt. Pleasant Community Middle School that fall and have been there since. My husband, John, is the Henry County Conservation Director and we have three children: Madison graduated from ISU in May 2017, Keegan attends ISU and Cooper attends MPCHS. I enjoy sports: we have season football tickets for ISU and have enjoyed following our kids sporting activities over the years. I am also a big Bon Jovi fan (stop and see the JBJ cut out in my office sometime). Again - I appreciate everyone welcoming me and look forward to meeting and getting to know the students and families at WACO!
