The 2024 WACO Soccer season kicks off tonight, as the Warriors travel to Fairfield for a varsity soccer matchup beginning at 5:00 pm.

Girls Track Meet at West Burlington tonight (3/26/24) has been cancelled.

Due to the projected rain and average temperatures, tonight's boys track meet at Pekin has been cancelled.

Join three WACO Senior Boys' Basketball players as they wear the Columbia Blue one last time at the Southeast Iowa Senior All-Star Classic. The Girls play at 5:00 and the Boys will play at 7:15. The game is located at Notre Dame High School in Burlington. Colton Leichty, Chase Waterhouse, and Hunter Hughes will represent the Warriors on Saturday, March 9th.

Congratulations to Hunter Hughes for being selected to the Iowa Basketball Coaches Association All-Substate 5 Basketball Team.

Congratulations to Louden Huisenga, Gage Samo and the WACO coaching staff, Seth Pugh, Gil Martinez, Zane Morrow and Eric Davis, for an incredible showing at the State Tournament. Louden placed 2nd and Gage placed 6th. WACO will celebrate their accomplishments Monday morning at 8:00am in the high school gym. Community members are welcome and invited to come celebrate with the staff and students.
